What information we collect

We ask you to provide information on the application form so we can identify your work.
We collect your name, postal address and email address.

Why we collect it

We need to be able to identify your tea cosy.
We need a postal address if you wish your cosy to be returned to you.
We also want to understand the reach of the Scottish Tea Cosy Festival.
We collect your email address in case of queries about your application form and to send a confirmation email when your details have been recorded.

How long we keep it

Your personal information will be kept until 31 days after the festival event date, to ensure that all tea cosies being returned are returned.
After this, all personal information is deleted.
The photo of your cosy and its title will remain on the website gallery.

Who can access it

Only the event organisers can access your personal information.

How you can request deletion or correction

You can request deletion or correction at any time, but this may affect your entry into the festival and may mean we are unable to return your tea cosy to you.
